This guys name is exactly as it implies. He wants to sell his CD for $1.00 but then charge an outragous amount for shipping. I have sent 2 CD's in the mail to all over the country and it costs about $2.35 to do it. I hate when people gouge for shipping.

i wouldnt worry about it, this guy not only doesnt have a case, i doubt he if he even has a lawyer. on top of that, i dont think you can remove negative feedback once its left.
