This guys name is exactly as it implies. He wants to sell his CD for $1.00 but then charge an outragous amount for shipping. I have sent 2 CD's in the mail to all over the country and it costs about $2.35 to do it. I hate when people gouge for shipping.

Dave,

I had a guy try to do this whole thing with me, but it was slightly different. I sold some tires of my vette that had been in my garage since 95. I took several pictures of them. They were listed as "for a show car." I was very forthright about the condition, etc... Well this dickweed got them and before he contacted me he left feedback that said I sold him tires with a hole in them (I think he spelled hole wrong, too). I told him if there was a hole, then he should contact UPS because there wasn't a hole in them. Well, he says there was a hole, but it was plugged. WTF! I checked 'em out pretty good, I didn't see a hole, but I used them and the worked perfectly fine, which is why I kept 'em. He threatened to sick Ebay, the Nevada Attorney General & the Indiana Attorney General on me for Fraud. Eventually Ebay found in my favor, but damn, what a pain in the ass he was. I got shitty letters like the one you got. In the beginning I was willing to take 'em back, but he was such a weaseldick that I basically said F.U.!

Good luck, it'll get better. He doesn't have a case.
