This guys name is exactly as it implies. He wants to sell his CD for $1.00 but then charge an outragous amount for shipping. I have sent 2 CD's in the mail to all over the country and it costs about $2.35 to do it. I hate when people gouge for shipping.

I sent this Ebay seller an email before bidding on one of their items, also here is the reply I got. and the one I sent back.
To seller: Your shipping seems a little high for being local. Would you consider lowering the shipping costs? I live in Orange county.
