Ok i found that I dont remember were every wire goes, and when I rewired my 14 pin connector to my 6's harness years ago a few wires got shifted around and I cant locate my master copy of were everything goes.
Anyway, does the heater lever wire go the little console light ground to make it turn on when the handle is pulled back. Or does it go to the fans ground to turn the fan on. Or does it act as ground wire that runs into the circuit boards fan relay ground pin via the 14 pin connector (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) . |

Are you sure, Aaahndy? If so, then it's an early-car versus late-car thing. By 73, the heater lever wire grounded the coil in the heater blower relay, switching it on and sending power to the heater blower fan. Running the full current for the blower through that little wire seems to me to be asking for trouble of the "magic smoke" kind...
