Does anyone have any experiance with electrolytic rust removal? I've done this with smaller parts in a tupperware pan with good results, but wonder if anyone has tried doing their whole car. I could easily fit the entire car in a 15 x 3 foot kiddie pool. The hardest part as far as I can see would be drying the vehicle off fast enough to avoid flash rust. A 15 foot pool would require about 15 gallons of washing soda ($30.00). Here are some links: http://www.stovebolt.com/techtips/rust/ele...c_derusting.htm and http://www.metacafe.com/watch/456478/rust_removal_tip/

Interesting. How do you clean the black metal for priming when finished?
