I am getting my 914 ready for winter storage. I have a Optima Red Top Battery. I have a Sears battery maintainer/ charger will that work on a Optima Battery. The directions mention every other kind of battery,is there any special things to do ,or special maintainer I should use. I remember reading some thing about them requiring some sort of special care. But I forgot what !!!!!!!! I seem to do that a lot lately. What is your opinion ???????? Dave (IMG:style_emoticons/default/slap.gif) |

I bought a battery charger/tender/minder with my car storage capsule. Came at a discount. The seller says it's the best but it does have a true "float" feature. My battery is on it as I type...ask me in the spring!
