I am getting my 914 ready for winter storage. I have a Optima Red Top Battery. I have a Sears battery maintainer/ charger will that work on a Optima Battery. The directions mention every other kind of battery,is there any special things to do ,or special maintainer I should use. I remember reading some thing about them requiring some sort of special care. So if I take it to Auto zone and make sure it is fully charged,then take it home and put it on the Maintainer ,it will be O.k. till March. RIGHT?????? Dave (IMG:style_emoticons/default/slap.gif) |
