This guys name is exactly as it implies. He wants to sell his CD for $1.00 but then charge an outragous amount for shipping. I have sent 2 CD's in the mail to all over the country and it costs about $2.35 to do it. I hate when people gouge for shipping.

I just mailed a box. Weight app. 2 lbs.
Postage was $7.40 for ground shipment to the USA (10 day delivery). Add the cost of the box I bought to ship $2.16 and if I wanted insurance on it, add another $2.55 (up to $100 value) Total = $9.56 (without insurance) $12.11 (with) You want it to get there faster add a bunch more $$$ At least the guys on ebay that post the shipping charges are giving you a indication as to the costs. They could have just listed their items as "Buyer pays actually shipping costs" and then hit you with a $9.00 bill. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) |
