Getting ready to start my 3.6L conversion project. I'm starting with a '71 914/4 but have already 914/6 dash frame that I will be using. Definetly going to have the ignition switch on the dash instead of the steering column and picked up a nice early 911 switch w/ Porsche key for that purpose.

My question is - is it possible to have the door/truck locks modified to accepts the early (small style) 911 key, or do I have to accept the fact that I will need to use 2 keys for the car?

Thanks a lot for your advice.

Mike
