VROOM... VROOOM, turn the corner, sputter, sputter, backfire, backfire, lose power, engine starts dying, floor the gas, downshift, sputter, sputter, backfire, backfire, back to normal for 2 blocks... then sputter, sputter, and turned it off when I got home.

Anyone venture a guess?
