Hunter's tube replacements went well. The surgeon decided he would try just replacing the tubes first (stretching tube entry point, pulling out and then re-inserting new tube). It worked pretty well with just some bleeding.
He felt comfortable with this approach and did a flouroscopy to verify tube placement and all looked well. So, besides being a little sore and a little tender, Hunter is doing fine. We should be taking him home in the morning. Thanks for everybody's well wishes and kind thoughts. Gotta run back to the hospital now. Regards, Q-ball |
