Way down the rabbit hole here as I started this to track a fuel leak on front a relocated front fuel pump. Driving the new find home, I was treated to lots of mouse house coming through the vents, sweet smelling 150 mile ride home!

Anyway, working from the cars interior back found the rest of it in the front blower motor. (now I think I know why the motor was inop.

At this point I'd like to check the brushes and lube the bearings. I'm guessing the main shaft is simply pressed off but not sure and don't want to break the fragile fan that is probably already way out of balance with the mouse snacking over the winters.
Any tips on freeing the armature?
thx
Mike
