(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif) I am going to post this on my other thread also--just wanted to get max exposure for those that are scratching their heads on how to mount the racing buckets--

As you can see from the pics--the sport seat mounts are wider than the original 914 mounts.

So after I made my new mounts to adapt the sliders which came with the seats--I simply made a cross bar of flat steel, measured, albeit roughly, and then bolted them into the original 914 pan mounts---

This set up gives me to proper ride height for my frame--the box tube is 1X1 inch. The pass side is going to be 3/4 inch higher than my side. I am not using the original pan mounts--For my size I could, but I like that little extra headroom.
