So, I've seen all these import guys painting their calipers in all different colors, but usually red. The look is starting to grow on me and I can't afford Big Reds or Carbon brakes. Has anyone done this?
Then, While looking for referance material, I came across a very cool night pic of a Le Mans car with glowing discs. That looked sweet! So now I'm thinking... I've got a bottle of fluorescent orange paint that I doubt I'll ever use on a tee shirt (maybe Mike Rose's shirts will get a splash, but not a whole bottle)... I could just paint the entire brake disk Fluorescent Orange and get the look of a Le Mans car. Do you think it will work? Betcha it'll look hella sweet. I wonder if the car will stop faster too? |
