The screw on the fuel rail appears top be leaking. Not spraying gas everywhere, but a very small "seeping". It's screwed on tight and has a regular metal washer. Does it need a gasket of some sort?
I noticed the PET calls for a "sealing ring", not a washer. NA at Pelican and no part number for just the sealing ring. Will my FLAPS have a gas-proof washer I could use? I think I may have answered my question. Found this on TheSamba: The Aluminum Crush washer is 4 mm diameter and not copper. and is available from www.pelicanparts.com if you can't find one in a hardware store.[/quote] Pelican Prt# 4x8x1-AL-M131. Hex head washer for the fuel pressure testing tap. Link 4x8x1-AL-M131 Hexagon-Head Bolt With Sealing Ring M 4 X 8. Prt # N0901961 |
