Just got back from the club race at Watkins Glen. In all we had a great weekend, but lady luck tried her hardest to stop us. On friday practice the car ran flawlessly! lap times continued to drop, and our place in grid rose higher. By fridays end, the car was turning consitent 2:02's FWIW 2:02 placed us 17th on the grid, poll was 1:56, 10th-20th grid positions were seperated by about a second (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/ohmy.gif)
On saturdays practice, lady luck threw a monkey wrench in the business. The seal for the left side chain tensioner let loose, allowing a nice stream of oil to bathe the red hot turbocharger (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/sad.gif) the results Attached image(s)
