hello, (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wavey.gif)
My dad got the xm radio/in car kit for xmas oops HOLIDAY last year, and he never installed it. So....since its sitting there im considering putting it in the porsche. Has anyone done this? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wacko.gif) specifically, -does the cig lighter get power when car is off? -mount antenna on rear hood? -where to mount the reciever cradle? -what stereo/cd player is best for this? (my car doesn't have one). It also came with the FM transmitter built into the cig lighter adapter, so i don't need to use the fake tape thing. -wire routing? And no, im not installing this to listen to H stern (thats sirius anyways i think) thanks brent (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/dance.gif) |
