I have decided to add some strength to the car. I welded up the connection between the rear shock tower and the longs. I then added some more for good measure. I finished installing a support from the fire wall to the inside trailing arm ear as well. there is a lot more to do and as mentioned my neighbors aren't going to like me for a while.
