The Longitudinals at the jacking points were pretty rusted out. Only jacked up the side we worked on...wanted to make more stable before putting it on the lift. (the idea of the car bending was very vivid in our minds).
Everything went fine, but noticed a puddle under the car. Fuel....started the car up and was smoking like crazy. Need to burn off what ever is on the exhaust? Or did I do something worse...? The picture attached is the position of the car while on stands..only the one side. It doesn't look to extreme...any thoughts? Attached image(s) |
