I just purchased a 1970 914-6 from the second owner who had owned it for over 25 years. My local mechanic says I have 2 bent push rods and the cost to reapir will be $8-12 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif) thousand. This seems really high to me..........Is this the "ususal" price for this type of repair? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
