How much should I expect to pay for a solid, but not fancy 2.0, 2.2. or 2.7 6 engine? I'm looking for something that is "plug and play" without having to be rebuilt right away. I've seen prices from about $1,500 for suspicious looking turd box engines up to $12,000+ for full out race prepped ones.

Thanks,
Konrad
