I purchased this driver's seat in ~1977 or 1978. The seat fit perfectly when I bought the thing.
Now, the seat is tight and to make it even semi-comfortable, I have to take my wallet out of my back pocket before sitting in the car.  I don't understand why my seat doesn't fit me any more. While you guys figure this out, someone pass me another Crispy Creme.
