MIke, do you want me to track it via the same excel spreadsheet? If so, I'll need his email address too.

Thanks, R

Yes - I think all the money should be tracked on the one spreadsheet you have. As the checks really get here I will update you - no need to put a promise in your spreadsheet only the actual received funds. I will also send you his ship to address and size for the t-shirt.

Does (or will)your spreadsheet be the master for $ donated - shirts sizes - attending the event - email address - ship to address

It almost sounds like we need this in Access not Excel..... But I don't think it will be TOO large to manage though I would love for it to get REAL BIG.

I'll be sending a donation next week. I can't confirm if I'll be able to make a build, but I will be doing my best to be there.

I'd be happy to track things. I just picked up MS Office 2008 for my iMac so I can be fully functional again. I haven't used Access before, but this might be a good opportunity. Otherwise, I can keep on keeping on with excel.

I'll check out Access tonight and contemplate adding addresses.

Thanks again,
Rob

That is spectacular!

Well done - will you be posting a "thank you" in the thread or is it an anonymous donation?

Thanks!

Um... sorry I was kind of buzzed when folks won stuff (see the picts), but Dr Evil, Jim Tabor, Jerry (from RWC) were 3 and 1 of the 2 other people who won was an older guy, and someone else gave me $4 for nothing. I had no idea the pictures were clicking either...

Items auctioned:

2007 Porsche design Tubro 911 calendar
1998 Porsche race car poster
Porsche chrome license plate frame
4 bottles of beer
1 bottle of Wente wine

I'll post a general thank you in the post for the event which should be fine.

I left before the donor 901 was reassembled. We did get a nice set of gears, teeth, and synchros for it, but there were other parts that were missing.

It may or may not happen depending on how much time Dr Evil had. Stay tuned.

He said 1 shirt XXL. His address is 4410 Brandeis Av - Orlando. FL 32839

Also Bill Smith mentioned in the raffle thread he wanted to send $80 for 5 chances and will send a check. I sent him a PM with the address as well as responded in the thread.

I figured the XXL was to get your head through... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/chair.gif)

Awesome job on the transmission. You've made this fundraising easy. Now we can focus on T-shirts and making the event really fun.
