Anyone plan on going?
We meet at the Village Coffee Roaster in Calabasas around 9 am, then off past the Rock Store and then to the grandstand and twistys.

That bites! Could be worse though - BTDT - once I was on a run at the back side of Ortega Highway when a clutch part broke and jammed the clutch on my old 911. This was about 120 miles from home, and on a Sunday of course so nobody was open. The tow home was like $300. Since then I have AAA Premium level...

I'm heading to the Topanga meeting point now.

Hey Chris. I jumped in my truck and went to Gelson's. Hooked up with Andy and a couple of other teeners. Andy offered me a seat in his ride and off we went. We ended up at Duke's around 11 am. Tommorow I'm going to get a bracket from somewhere to get back on the road.
Hope you had a good drive.

Hey! I know those two Zs! I run with those guys in CSCC Solo2. The blue one is Art Rinner's. He's an instructor, serious driver, and super cool guy. The yellow one belongs to Marcus Russel. It's name is 'Sourpuss' and it has a 3.1 stroker motor that was built by the above mentioned Art.
Marcus was gracious enough to let me take my runs in Sourpuss when my engine mount let go on the 914 a couple months ago. Hella fast with close to 300 hp! And that strait six croon at 7K RPM sounds amazing!... I'm afraid I can't give any info on any of the Porsches. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/slap.gif) Hijack over. Here is a video I shot on my way home (I skipped out on Dukes cuz I had to get home by noon). This is Mulholland between Las Virgenes (Malibu Canyon) and Cornell Road. It's my local test loop but unfortunately the road is in pretty poor condition right now.

Mulholland video aka "Arnie please fix our roads"

Great pictures thanks.

Cleanest Datsun 510 wagon I've seen since the early 70's!

Did anybody get any pictures on Muholland from the auto picture taker?

They are supposed to be posted on Flickr tomorrow evening for review/ordering.

His web site is www.rockstorephotos.com (per the handout from Dave B.) I definitely saw him snap one or two of me coming down the hill so I will check them out tomorrow.
