I know it's a Toyota Celica, but i'm not sure which generation.
The steering wheel and auto shifter were what gave it away: (IMG:http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h88/danlo830/1979CelicaSteeringWheel.jpg) http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1988-TOYOTA...s#ht_500wt_1165 |

So that's what happens when you put the engine in the front of a 911! Can you imagine what the weight ratio would have been on that configuration?
911 theft recovery + rolled Celica = Toyoche Carelica. |

Makes you wonder if whoever built that thing had sprung for real brakes, if it would have been able to miss what it hit (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif)

YEP, Celica GT. And it hit something HARD. It looks odd in the before crash pic above. Some of the welds, that I could see, were done very well. But yeah, why?!?
The yard is loaded up with cash for clunker cars. So if your looking for FI to modify, now is the time. |
