Thanks everyone for the comments. The car is going to New Jersey.

1973 Porsche 914 2.0 #4732917759

This is a drivable project car. I bought this car three years ago from a good friend that used it as a daily driver. The car was not originally red but it was a pretty through re-spray job with the trunks/jamb/etc painted as well. It also came with a 73 2.0 parts car that was badly rusted. The parts car is gone but I have all the good parts from it. There are really too many parts to list. I have a truck and trailer so I can deliver in the Florida and the Southeast if needed. I can provide pictures of anything you want to see.

Interior:
- I have a new charcoal carpet set in the box
- Has a non working A/C system. Comes with a new in the box rotary compressor
- Stock console and a short console for the A/C unit
- Seats are recovered and have heavy duty cloth inserts. Plus two additional sets of seats
- After market leather covered steering wheel plus original steering wheel

Body:
- Some minor exterior body rust
- Floors have rusted areas but I have new replacement floors both front and rear halves
- Hell hole looks pretty good from what I can see
- I replaced the rear trunk floor last year
- Rear trunk lid was rusted but was stripped and primed and need some work to smooth it out
- I have a rear trunk gas strut kit that has never been installed
- European front and rear light lenses
- I have two roofs for it, one red and one black
- Chrome bumpers with very good rubber caps

Brakes/Wheels/Suspension:
- Five lug conversion with real 15” Fuchs
- Rear bearings and rear brake pads were replaced two years ago
- Tires are in decent shape with plenty of tread
- Shocks are Koni orange. Plus four spare Konis
- Stock front and rear sway bars
- 180 rear springs
- Spare brake calipers included

Engine-Tranny:
- 2.0 engine with dual Weber 44’s
- Stainless steel heat exchangers with Triad dual exhaust, plus a extractor and a used Monza exhaust
- Plus a second 2.0 GA engine
- I have spare alternators and starters
- Bought a new battery for it last month
- I have a spare side shift tranny that come with it.

Price $5,500.00 (reduced $500)
I'll deliver it 500 miles away for FREE!!!

Here is a link to my thread on the repairs with plenty of pictures:

Can I be the 1st person to Rag on your car and say it ain't worth a Plug-Nickel. Hell, there is probably a 5 Foot Lizard under the Driver's seat. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Kidding aside, this is a very good car for the money. I've known of the car for years.

Here is a look at the front bumper before/after.

Buyer gets the fog lights and the IMSA fiberglass front end.

Dang I am drooling over the car and parts stash...

My superior officer has very nicely said hell no to another 914. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

If I was looking for a project car I would be all over this. Really an easy
project because the major welding has been done.

That muffler sounds great.

I just went through some of my parts and I have:

2 sets of half shafts with CV joints
1 pair of rear hubs (4 bolt)
2 pairs of seats
The original 2.0 fuel injection parts
Several sets of heater box valves, fans, and parts
(the heater boxes on the car are stainless steel)
1 side shifter tranny
1 tail shifter tranny
1 pair of rocker panels

This is in addition to the parts on the car itself.

Would you be willing to sell the spare engine seperately?

I'm really trying to sell the whole lot as one.

But I do have some 2.0 parts (crank, cam, pistons/cyl etc) that I'll sell separably. And I have a 1.7 long block and another set of 1.7 heads that can go.

As TC said the IMSA front end has been replaced but it comes with the car as part of the deal.
