Some of you have expressed interest in helping with the 914world Limo project by donating parts so here's your chance to help us out!
(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif)

The Limo project is split into two phases, Phase one is to get her mechanically in good working order and roadworthy. Phase two is to make her look pretty.

Right now we're still lacking some of the basics to make this a running car, so if you have any of the parts listed below collecting dust in your garage, feel free to send them our way. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

All contributors will be officially acknowledged and will also receive steep discounts on future limo rentals! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif)

914Limo Parts needed: (List updated 10/20/2013 by SirAndy)
  • Long throttle cable (Terry Cable?)
  • Long clutch cable (Terry Cable?)
  • Front bumper
  • Front Targa Seal (crappy is fine)
  • Back half floor pan patch panel
  • Passenger side engine shelf patch panel

You need a punch list and a crew every weekend. You need a forman to point out tasks and watch over the work as it prorgesses. Remember, there are 24 hours in a day and 5 guys can get a weeks worth of work done in a day.

914Limo Parts Needed[list]
[*]Stainless steel fuel lines (McMaster)

I searched McMaster's website and didn't find any SS fuel lines (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
If I knew how long they need to be I could make up a set for the Limo.

And when you say seat rails do you mean the part that bolts to the floor, or the part that bolts to the underside of the seat or both? I have some parts that bolt to the underside of the seat, with good handles.
