I replaced the push rod seals the other day, then adjusted the valves. Turns out the previous owner painted the 27 degree advance mark white, so I assumed that was TDC the whole time. I just repainted it red like it's supposed to be and did the real TDC mark in white, but wondering if I should go do the valves again or if the advance mark is close enough?

Also, last time I did the valves with the heat exchangers off and it was pretty easy but looks like they're totally in the way now.. aarg Do you guys usually pull them off or work around them? thanks
