I pull the headlight switch all the way out, but the headlights do not raise.I manually rise them to the full upright position, and when I push the switch in all the way, the headlights retract perfectly together. Anyone have a similar problem or a solution?-I have cleaned the grounds and switched the relays- Thanks-Rolf

The linkage is correct- has to be electrical- new twist when I pull on the high beam lever, they go up and stay and the high beams blink- someone did something to this car- wasn't me

Sounds like they may be tied to the turn signals somehow.

Start tracing wires and matching them against the electrical diagrams.
