not the same

Porsche item is soft copper with felt center

These are just solid copper washers

Need one of our engine building experts to chime in.....

Is there a bulk source?

Mcmaster has many much variety of sealing crush washers. Just search for "Crush Washer" or "metric crush washer." You can choose either copper or aluminum.

If you want the specific Porsche part, expect to pay the specific Porsche price. But, FYI, all the engine seal kits just come with the copper and aluminum variety, and they work great.

So why don't you just buy 8? You may need to bite the bullet on this outlay. Just a crazy idea....

you can certainly get a pack cheaper. Copper is expensive these days but not that expensive!

Looks like we normally order these thru Porsche. We only have 10 in stock, so it doesn't look like they fly off the shelf.

They also come with the asbestos filled variety, specifically to be used on the taco plate, the drain plug, the oil pressure relief plug(s), and the sump plate. I've recommended trying the dealer for hard to get parts countless times, but few people bother .........
