PO bought this, put it on, then parked the car for 2 years. So basically unused! Has a black/grey horn button (not pictured.)

Seems to go for $200+ new.. how about $120 delivered?

Damn, why are all these bargins coming along when I am trying to put new central air in my house. I really need this wheel. Let me think a few minutes. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)

Does it come with the sleeve, or collar, or whatever it is called as well as the horn button?

"Being poor sucks! What kind of world is this where they advertise things not everybody can afford?" Congratulate yourself if you're nerd enough to know where that quote is from without looking it up.
I hear ya! I had to back out on a set of Euro Race headers WITH muffer for 300 bucks because I need to replace the engine in my commuter car. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Such is life. Good luck. Hijack over.

No hub adapter included, just the wheel & horn button.

I believe there are 2 different hub adapters for early & late, so make sure you get the right one (try Ebay.)
