Does it come with the sleeve, or collar, or whatever it is called as well as the horn button?

I hear ya! I had to back out on a set of Euro Race headers WITH muffer for 300 bucks because I need to replace the engine in my commuter car. Such is life. Good luck. Hijack over.

No hub adapter included, just the wheel & horn button.

I believe there are 2 different hub adapters for early & late, so make sure you get the right one (try Ebay.)
