Put a couple bids in on cigarbid.com to make sure there were some tasty smokes for the party. Hopefully I win some of them, and they get delivered on time....

Anybody bringing a 914 other than I ? Geeeeshhhhhhhh ! Yeah...Radar detectors are fine in Maryland. V1s are even finer.

If I get my parts back in time, I'm bringing the teener (fingers crossed) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smash.gif)
If not it we will be in Leesa's MINI. Matt count me in for the buns/rolls....

Since you mention radar detectors i'll warn you all that the local law enforcement is really tracking speeds along Route 15, at the Willow rd and Hayward road (1 mile south) exits. These are both intersections with blinking yellow light where north bound traffic exits by turning left and crossing in front of southbound traffic. So be cautious along this portion of road not just for your speed but the other moron you may be crossing in front of.

Save travel to all!

I read about those intersections all the time. The horrific crashes make me not want to try a left turn across traffic, especially on the bike.

Ken (Zymurgist), you'll be coming from the north won't you?

For anyone coming west on 70, north on 270, or east on 70 or rte 340 and would continue north on Route 15 to end up making that left accross traffic at Willow Rd...

one option for you is to take the Motter Avenue exit. Turn right at the top of that exit. then go 2.2 miles to 4 way stop. turn LEFT onto Opposumtown Pike
Go 0.4 miles ...

Probably coming from the north. Md. 550 is such a gorgeous drive in the Vette, or on a bike. (Md. 77 is a parking lot on weekends.)

Now if only the weather will cooperate!

Right now the 10-day forecast (Weather Channel's Wild-Ass Guess...) is ~90ºF scattered TStorms 60% chance of rain.

So pack a hat, pack the GoreTex, pack an umbrella, pack a towel and GET THERE !

It'll be steamy. IT'S SUMMER !

Looking forward to it...

Pfft! 10 day forecast in the MidA? Whats the percentage of it being accurate? 10%? I mean, even a broken clock is right twice a day. Tekk me on Thursday its a 60% chance of rain, and I *MIGHT* trust it. But off a 10 day - nah.

That said. Its summer in Maryland. There is ALWAYS the chance of a thunderstorm. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
