Sayere is in OC right now. I'll bug him to bring the fam when he gets back into town.

I'm also agitating Garvey to come down. Come on Pat! You know you want to! ScottyB might cry if you don't. ;-)

What, you don't have Matt's address plugged into your GPS? I thought GPS's just came that way. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Oh come on. Its right in his signature!
But go check your GPS, you might find it there. I did.
besides. you have to come. Eventually I am going to feel bad about teasing you if I don't get to meet you in person.
Eventually.

I'm another of the newbs, and I'm probably doubtful at this point. The 914 isn't running (needs a fuel pump) and I would need to convince the wife to bring the kids, ages 3 1/2 and 1 1/2.

Just out of curiousity, what other age kids will be there? Might help me make the argument in favor...

Fuel pump can go in in an hour. Leave the wife and kids home...trust me...they need some time away from Dad. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif)

My 2yo will be there, as will my wife.
I brought him last year when he was only 1 and change and just barely walking. Even though it was pouring down rain, he dragged me to the pool and had a blast even though we were the only 2 people swimming.

its a fun party and family friendly. I hope to drive my 914, but if the trade off is not having my wife and son come, then I will drive the family car instead. Last time we were there, most of the males over the age of 4 all ended up in the basement having a pretty epic nerf dart gun fight. there was minimal breakage to people or furniture.

Kids of many ages will be playing.

Oh yeah...if they're calling for rain, I'm out! Flame all you want, but this car is staying dry as long as I'm in charge her. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif)

Wuss. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif)

Drive a non rustable car if its raining. I will be.

The cars may be the reason behind how we all meet each other. But in the end, its the people that make it special. The cars are just the spark.

The concept of "people" is incredible. The actuality often leaves much to be desired.I prefer cars and dogs.

It's easy, just go west until you no longer see shell casings and needles by the side of the road.

I know they are, but no way I'm driving to Fredneck in the rain, in a Suzuki SX4, to sit indoors and eat potato salad. Hey...honestly has always been one of my problems! I wanna drive Pickle out there...see other 914s, have mine critiqued (+) and (-) to see what I need to do to her, and do some bonding as icing on the aforementioned cake. Ken (Shapiro), I didn't mention you cause you've already replied.

Last year it rained and we huddled OUTSIDE under the easy ups and had cigars and beer. Potatoe salid stayed indoors and lonely.

Zach - great idea to pressure Garvey. Pat you should caravan with Kevin Barnes.

who else can we "call out" now?
