My car is basically done and has fresh paint everywhere including the trunks. I really don't look forward to grinding off fresh paint and do welding. I looked at the install pics but couldn't figure out if rivets/bolts could replace welding. Anyone know ? |

For you Rob, I'll resend. And yes the best method I can see for installation is welding. The guide tubes for the cable. I could look at making a threaded backing plate, but you would have to drill to mount, as well as seal around it. (under it mostly). My be an option that could be made to modify these. I need to get one in my car to figire it out. |
