Per my previous post:
http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showtopic=112353 Looks like the adjusters are spinning around inside the caliper, Eric tells me the solution is a blast of high RPM twisty-ness. My drill is apparently insufficient, so he recommends a blast of high RPM via air tool to break it loose. Anybody available today with air tools, closer to Cupertino the better if I gotta limp over there! I'm not sure if a portable tank of air would have enough to air, but Eric thinks it will only require a few seconds, so maybe that'd work too. If I can't fix it today, I guess I'll have to send them back to Eric and have him break the adjusters loose. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Thanks. |
