Looks like the adjusters are spinning around inside the caliper, Eric tells me the solution is a blast of high RPM twisty-ness.
My drill is apparently insufficient, so he recommends a blast of high RPM via air tool to break it loose.
Anybody available today with air tools, closer to Cupertino the better if I gotta limp over there! I'm not sure if a portable tank of air would have enough to air, but Eric thinks it will only require a few seconds, so maybe that'd work too.
If I can't fix it today, I guess I'll have to send them back to Eric and have him break the adjusters loose.
