Good to see you Jim. Aaron was really booking it out there and that white 914 of David's scoots. Really made me long for my old white car but then I remembered that at the rate I was going through them I would have been on Motor #5 by now (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) .

It is a fun car. Needs some tweaking to get to where I want it to be but the fun factor per $ is hard to beat and it is an order of magnitude cheaper than my RSR was to run.

Is that with a stock 2.0L? Makes my 1.7L seem like a dog. I guess the extra 15ish hp makes a big difference. Maybe a 5k engine is in order... |

Evan purchased his dad's '75 911S. It's got a 3.0L SC motor in it that's been warmed over and some suspension work. Here's my best timed run of the day: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uiK0uUN5vyE Cool video ! I like hearing the background sounds too |

No, its a 2056cc motor loosely based of an early Raby design. It's probably quite similar to the $5K motor you referenced, but maybe with a touch more horsepower. I really need more RPM in my next motor... |

Yes Aaron, yes you do. Your current motor is a tease. So since Hime wants pictures.
Old, cool, very expensive car. Attached image(s) |

New, cheap car I can afford to actually drive hard with abandon. Here I am playing in the rain a couple weeks ago http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MiUf9UiE0xo

It should be mentioned that some of the run groups had to run in the rain. Most of the fast guys got to run in the dry but not all.
