I started rewiring my car over the last couple days. Here are the latest pictures I can't figure out

The car is a 1973 1.7 with rear defrost and it had a radio. Not sure about a console or not.
Good ol' winters. I try to get it to a toasty 10C in the garage but that hardly happens with the small heater.

The tach seamed straight forward and I used this diagram

Also I have 2 different seat belt safety lights. What do I use?

Where do these go? On passenger side

I don't think this is factory correct but I am gussing the up down is for the headlights? And that the other one unmarked could be a rear defrost?

I know of the underseat relay but what about the wires to the left and right of it
