Has anyone tried one of these Beck/Arnley cold start valve? I've seen a few on Ebay and wonder if they would work.

1.7 Type .... Should work if that's what you need .... WorldPac/Beck Arnley ... different side of the same coin.

I have never had one working on my car. Never felt it was necessary. I am not sure what temperature it begins to work but I think it is pretty cold. In Georga? I doubt it would ever get used. I used that line to install a fuel pressure gauge.

Bum advice, Slits. It has the electrical plug configuration for a 1.8 or some other later model, like a VW Bus/Vanagon. That said, it'll work, and the D-jet connector will plug in, just not as well as if it were the correct valve.

BTW, I don't think Beck Arnley is part of WQorldpac, either.

The Cap'n, righting wrongs all over the place.
