Wow!!
But PLEASE do something about that exhaust system! So much is being lost in tunability, HP and TQ without a common collector.

Up and over the transaxle with a single oval outlet?

I'd have to have one on site to figurebout the smartest routing for optimization.. Anything 4-1 or 4-2-1 would kick the shit out of the current arrangement.

That wing is a handy place to set your tools on while you're working on it. And if you forget and leave the tools on the wing when you are driving it, it won't really matter. No air is getting to that wing anyway....

It has "antique" plates? I guess the VIN of some poor old 914 lives on as this bastard.

Don't get me wrong, I love this monster, just amazed how so many exploit the "loop holes"

Found this looking for rotary conversion info for this car. Small world.

Anyone ever run a radiator in the engine bay for a 13b? Looking to do a renesis but would like to keep all the hot sparky bits behind me.

Any idea what he is using for bearing carriers in the rear, or what was used as a donor for the A-Arms & the rest of the suspension? Mustang II/Pinto front? Mendeola makes a wicked front A-Arm setup like that for a Buggy/Beetle/Speedster replica folks.

Project Update: The owner recently posted that he has sold the car and will not be partnering with the builder/fab guy to do any more. Out of money-bad timing-etc, etc....

Its Pontiac sky parts. The a-arms, hubs, uprights, brakes are all from the general's parts bin.

Yea, he works on Porches too, real nice guy. I like the concept of keeping the hot behind the driver, and the aircooled engine makes one less thing to do and go wrong, but they are so bleeding expensive to get to make good power compared to modern power plants.
