> One messed up build thread. Nothing's gonna be right, I've been neglecting one of my cars. I'm a bad man.

The movie was entertaining in parts, but the ending sucked.

THIS IS NOT AN ENDING!

More like a sequel. Progress will be made.

Hi there! I'm the sucker who couldn't turn down a good deal on a 'slightly used' 914 with some extra parts.

As Rohar mentioned, I've been lurking for a little while. Trying to get my bearings.

There are a lot of very good examples on this site! I hope I can do this car some justice.

More later.

I just finished reading this thread and I am more confused than ever...

Not about the RHPS movie references...more confused about the 914?!?

What happened to the V6?

Is the 944 getting a V6 or the V8?

Did this 914 with mystery motor get sold to a new owner?

It's been a while and a bit ADD.

The 944 kept it's native power plant and wandered off to a new owner all decked out for the track.

Then the wife decided it was time to sell the house. It's not likely the next house will have a shop of this nature, and I have been busy with other hobbies so it's time to start liquidating. The 914 and the V8 went to KlokWerk. He'll do fine with it, and I'll gladly help him. He will likely need a lot of support in the upcoming days as he realizes what he got himself into. For the time being, I'm keeping a few engines, including said V6. Engines don't take as much space as whole cars. I've got a few bad ideas for that little lump. Nobody has yet to take a performance hand at the 12v V6 Audi. If I'm just dealing with an engine, I may actually finish it! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
