Wow - I could call this a birthday present to myself - My birthday is on the 16th, but this could work. I would have to go alone. The old lady is back at school. 1800 miles - give or take.... Any caravans from Temecula / Riverside? Wouldn't want to be alone if something went wrong....

It looks like Andy is headed out Thursday morning last I heard.

Kent and I will be headed out Thursday afternoon about 2:00. Plan is to overnight in Cedar City, UT in the cheapest seats we can find. Will do the final run to Ouray early Friday morn. Hopefully arriving in Ouray around 3 PM (sooner if there are no Utah State Police impeding our progress).

No one else has indicated they were going to do the 1,658 mile round trip.

It's a 2 mile high parteeeeeee!
