there is zero clearance between the velocity stacks and rear trunk. ooops. i thought this would fit better.

im considering just cutting that one stack at the rear so its just a 270 degree circle. any thoughts? obviously not ideal but would the different airflow really matter that much?

“factory seconds” fog light grills arrived today and they are just fine. 9.5/10 and not perfect but way better fitting than my carbon fiber hood.

and in the “not pretty but get it done” category is this hacked together battery strap. seems to work but… (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon8.gif)

QUOTE(Montreal914 @ Aug 12 2021, 11:18 PM) *

A few questions on your oil lines:

How close are the lines in the sway bar lever area (potential interference)?
Are these -10 or -12 size?
Can you post a picture of the lines going up in the rear fender. I also have a Brad Mayer kit and it seemed tight to get lines past the kit's top fold that reaches the rear suspension pick up point. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) (non flared car though).
Also planning on running oil lines on the passenger side. I still have the front box, not sure yet how to go through it. The Brad Meyer kit sitting on these vertical ribs on the outer long actually ends on the rear part of the box covering part of it preventing the lines to go through it, unless maybe going in the box via an opening on the back and side (back corner) provided the lines will not protrude too much and touch the rocker panel. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif)

Comments welcomed (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Thank you! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

hi - here are some oil line photos…

having said that, i would just use the hard line kits that duplicate the factory lines. i did this in ~1996 when none of that was around (easily). all the lines are -12.
