85 is pretty low ... have you done a cylinder leakdown test?
Also, have you done a valve adjustment? Checked for vacuum leaks too? Other than that, you seem to have scored a nice ride (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumb3d.gif) My '71 1.7L with 108k+ on the ODO and worn cam bearings had some astounding performance.
