I won't bore you with details, but if it can be fucked-up, broken, late, wrong, dealing with jerks, etc.... it is.

The bear has my ass in its jaws this week.

I haven't smoked dope in quite a while...I could use a joint about now. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smoke.gif)

My personal life is OK, but then I never see the wife and kids lately, too busy.
I don't even have time to put the engine in my teen. It's been sitting finished and ready to go beside the 914 for over 2-3 weeks now. <_<

END OF RANT!

The Dumbass Carjacker

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A Kansas City carjacking suspect was behind bars Monday because he couldn't drive a stick shift.

Police said the man allegedly pointed a gun at two women in the drive-through at the Subway on Linwood and Main.

He allegedly stole their car and took off.

When officers flagged down an officer, he noticed the driver didn't make much progress down the road.

Vincent Shelby, 21, allegedly admitted he couldn't drive a stick, police said.

He was charged with first-degree robbery and armed criminal action.

Torn everything down but the heads, doesn't look too bad so far. I've got half the parts, the rest (except cam, etc.) are on order this week.

The big kicker will be the cam and lifters. You'll have big decisions to make on that one.

I'll PM you all the details when I blast the heads mid next week.

Well, my week has gone alright, except it's not close enough to the weekend! I can't wait to dive into some more rust removal! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sawzall-smiley.gif) ... Then it's off for some drinking! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer3.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/givemebeer.gif)

hmmm... turned down a solid job offer, just caused a massive fuel leak, finding (more) rust, can't afford repairs, fat and outa shape (ok, i can do something about that); yep, existence is suffering.

could be worse, however. i could live in a developing nation and worry about whether my family and i will eat tomorrow, disease, more crime than even here, etc. yep, if my list of complaints is all i have to worry about, i am doin' ok. no little thanks to people like Lawrence, who suffers on my behalf. Thanks to you and your people out there, Lawrence. Keep safe, and come home !

[QUOTE]The Dumbass Carjacker

Reminds me of my cop days years ago, 2 homicide detectives on the midnight shift drove their 'unmarked' car to the bank across the street of the 2 city block sized POlice Dept to use the ATM.

Some dumbass tried to rob them: 2 guys, clean cut, wearing suits and driving a 4 door stripped down Dodge Diplomat 50 yards from the station. Coroner said the bad guy was probably dead before he hit the ground.

Work week for me going good, but day 7 and my 'new' teener still wont start

well, i blew out my knee yesterday wakeboarding, had to pop it all back in socket underwater before i passed out. now i'm wondering if i should sell the boat so my teener will get back on the road sooner. then take up a safer sport like racing it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

Well the wifey came home with two 11 week old Daschunds....add this to two Yellow labs named Dumb and Dumber, three kids, 10, 10, and 8.....three cats and 3/4 of the way thru a second story addition .....master bedroom and bath.....

The good part....EVENTUALLY, after I stop bleeding money, I will be able to sit on the john and read Excellence without a knock on the door and hear someone saying....DADDY...I gotta go.......

Oh yeah....
The new dogs are named "Squirt and Flirt".....blow me....I've grown up to be my Dad..... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drunk.gif)

Every day I come home and someone has their hand out for money.....I need to go get my 9mm from the gunsafe and run every one off for about two weeks....what a hell of a time to give up Heroin....... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/w00t.gif)

Otherwise, things could be worse.... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif)

well, only if you squint, and maybe blur your vision with a couple adult beverages. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer3.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer3.gif) i am willing to bet he doesn't have a fraction of the rust i have! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif)

mike, how do you do it all? i lose my mind trying to manage half of that. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif) at least you get a couple dachshunds around; that would improve my lot in life. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Life really has sucked lately...started at the beginning of spring and has lasted the whole friggin year.

Mostly work related....I work for someone I can't seem to relate to and also I've been traveling internationally SEVEN times over the last 8 months....

I'm pooped.... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)

Then I miss a shift a blow up my engine....

No time to work on the car or go on vacation...oh that's right...I had my vacation scheduled for August since January.....my boss comes up to me 2 weeks ago and says I need to be in Taiwan for an "important" meeting....cancel my plans if I want to stay employed...

Life's good..... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
