I am running a 3.2 with a k+n filter and maf. It has a velios oil tank. My oil is becoming milky. I assume there is some condensation issues going on but I also think the induction system of the air filter being exposed to the elements causing some of this. I have been told to run the beast for a while to burn off the water. What else should I do? Is there a way to protect the air filter from the wet? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

I think the person was right. IIRC, your oil is not getting up to temp. Run it good and hard. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif)

Yep, too many short distances will do that
Give the car a good run for it's money

If you think it's really bad, refresh the oil

cheers,

If the oil is visibly "milky", I'd drain it and start again.

I try not to fire mine up unless I'm gonna run it for 15-20 minutes minimum....more is better.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) drive it and get it warmed up. go for a 200-300 mile trip on some windy backroad and let her play.

then, change the oil to something good, like mobile1 ...

Sounds like you have a blown head gasket right on the water jacket (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
