according to the PP tech article..
http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarticles/9...alve_adjust.htm TDC + rotor at (approx) 12 o'clock... adjust cylinder #1 TDC is determined via fan impeller marking and/or the marking on TOP of the tranny. TDC + rotor at (approx) 9 o'clock... adjust cylinder #2 TDC + rotor at (approx) 6 o'clock... adjust cylinder #3 TDC + rotor at (approx) 3 o'clock... adjust cylinder #4 repeat and rinse, er, make double check so, my question is: by the time the rotor turned one revolution (firing cylinder 1, 4, 3, and 2) the impelled fan goes spun 4 revolutions? just want to confirm the above is true before i start ripping things apart. on a side note.. please recommend a spark plug.. and how much gap on the plug should there be before i install it? |
