Aloha,
Just wondering which magazine everyone feels is the most informative for 914's. I usually buy Excellence every now and then, but was just wondering if there was a particular magazine that gives more attention to 914's (however much attention that is) than other publications. I don't own a 914 let alone any Porsche, but would like to at some point in the future. It would be nice to know where the majority of folks go for their monthly Porsche fix. |

Yeah this site is better than a magazine, especially if you use the archives. Excellence is, well, an excellent magazine and you should get it. They had my all time favorite 914 article about how the owner of a 914-6 started a simple restoration and then went all out because he wanted a perfect car. I remember it was Irish Green, same as my car.
I can't find my copy, looked everywhere. If someone has the article and could scan and post it would be great for those of us in the middle of restorations. Would make it seem like it has an end! Thanks. Pete |

I have all issues of Excellence from Volume 1 issue 1, This includes when Porsche was used in the title..
