Looks like a model... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) Am I the only one that thinks the wheels look REALLY odd ? Like the paddles are too thick and the center cap is part of the "wheel" (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) Like steelies with hubcaps. |

The fact its followed by the Pacer makes me ill. The Z, Landcruiser, corvair sure but the Pacer? The fact that the writer listed the Pacer shows he's not to knowlegable about AMC cars. The most collectable AMC is this one. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/i1210.photobucket.com-13764-1328658938.1.jpg) '68 AMX TWO SEATED |

The early AMXs have been considered collectible for quite a while now and I think the article was highlighting cars that are just now reaching that level. |

Except, the purpose of the article was *not* to highlight the best, most ever collectable car ever made, but rather a list of odd cars that are just now starting to get collector status. I was referring to 1968 cars that were contemporary to the AMX. Ah, okay, well that's different. Does this count? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/i117.photobucket.com-12234-1328665224.1.jpg) |
